Bad Beat Jackpot is awarded when a player with what appeared to be strong cards nevertheless lost the game.
For Texas Hold’em, lose with Aces full of Tens or higher to qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
For PLO, lose with Four Twos or higher to qualify for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
PLO-5 lost criteria will be Four Eights or higher while Short Deck loss criteria will be Four Sixes or Higher.
Please note that in order to trigger the jackpot, the player must use both of his hole cards to create the highest possible hand.
Once the Bad Beat Jackpot is triggered, it will be shared with everyone at the table with portion of it used for various fees according to the distribution table:
Bad Beat Winner (Pot Loser) – 2nd best hand : 10%
Bad Beat Opponent (Pot Winner) : 3%
Rest of the Players (Other Pot Losers) : 0.8%
